1. The students are taught how to improve their learning ability, for an hour. The students have realized their erroneous approach to learning skill and decided to change and follow the proper way of learning.

2. Most of the students were poor in memory, which has crept them it for so many years. Simple examples and explanations to improve their memory power were given and the students, have evinced dynamics that they will follow the simple method of teaching in the Workshop level, which will be useful for their academic progress.

3. Disturbing other students during the class hours and not respecting the elders are commonly seen among the deaf students. They were taught how to obey and respect their parents, teachers, elders, family members, friends and classmates. They were taught to have a disciplined character. The students understood the mistakes they have done and obliged to change their nature.

4. Some students had wrong notions that Jesus will come and help them in their studies and interest makes them pass in their examinations, which were insisted upon them by a few religious people. The students revealed it openly during the Workshop. It has been clearly clarified that religious faith bases upon social life whereas real education belongs to enlightenment of the individual, in a sense; both should go hand in hand to affair higher knowledge and matured achievements in life. As far as possible, students should concentrate anther routine studies leading to enrichment of knowledge. They should refrain from taking part in different religion faiths.

5. The students were insisted to go for higher education wider their knowledge to obtain bright future and better placements. They should not to stop at the high school level. Which will lead them to unemployment?

6. Most of the deaf live their life as it comes and don't have a clear planning of their life which will lead them to suffer and lead a meaningless life. This was pointed out to the students that they haven't work hard to survive in this world. The different angle of viewing their lives, which they have not thought of it before, made a strong impression in every one's mind. This workshop will be a turning point in each and every student.

7. Deaf who go for higher studies mostly prefer only B.Com. They can also try for other degrees and have an exposure in different fields.

8. To students are surprised to know that a deaf can also be a teacher. To be a teacher, they must have undergone a graduation and B.ED. They can also shine as an eligible teacher. Even though Government does not favour deaf teachers, deaf students can have a strong aim of becoming a teacher and work hard for it. In future, the Government rules may change in favour of the deaf.

9. The students have an attitude of blaming the teachers for not teaching them well. They students were explained that it was not the teacher's fault for failures in the examinations. Actually, the students should inform then efforts to the optimum level and adhere to the instructions given by the teachers properly. A critical analysis based a practical ideas may bring for the tremendous developments to the students.

10. The students were given an awareness of learning against a subject with full understanding of the meaning of the contents. They realize that they are not spell spectators during class hours. They should raise doubts to the teachers, which they can get cleared and learn effectively.

11. The students are confused whether Oral teaching is preferable or Sign Language teaching is preferable. They are told not to get confused and it is better to have Total Communication in which they don't have to miss either Oral or Sign Language.

12. The students are taught that the deaf and the normal students are to be felt equal. They should not form separate groups for the deaf and the normal. They should mingle and interact freely, so that the difference and the distance they maintain from the normal students can be cleared off. The deaf should not be pessimistic. They are much like normal and can succeed in life if they tread a purposeful path.

13. Most of the students are seen depressed because of their repeated failures in the examinations. They should be enthused to overcome the weaknesses and make then firm- hearted to concentrate on studies in a more dynamics spirit. Lock and key method is taught to them to keep everything in memory, whatever they learnt and can surely succeed in their examinations.

14. The students are explained that chatting for hours does nothing, but mere waste of time. And also interrupting other students while they are studying will cause loss of memory for the student who is studying, like the darkness prevails during a sudden power shutdown. The best way is to reduce their chatting and improve their learning habit.

15. Apart from reading, students are insisted to develop writing habit repeatedly, which improve their handwriting and memory power. "The pen is mightier than the sword" says the adage.

16. The students felt that they lack knowledge in English language, since they are taught only in their mother tongue and also English is an exempted subject for them. They are explained that they can help themselves in learning English, and also there are Resource Centers in which English can be taught to the deaf. The deaf students felt happy and satisfied to know about it.

17. The students openly reveal their problems in the Question & Answer session, when they were given proper solutions. Students are happy to have this kind of workshop, which is very new to them and find it very useful.
